Embedded delivery leadership for projects such as cloud migrations, platform onboarding, hardware refreshes, and digital transformation. Delivered using a hybrid Agile/PRINCE2 approach, with governance and reporting built in from the start rather than bolted on.

Independent PM intervention for projects that have stalled, overrun, or lost stakeholder confidence.

An experienced PM steps in to diagnose what’s gone wrong, reset scope and timelines where needed, and rebuild stakeholder trust. Often paired with a short health-check phase before a full rescue engagement is scoped.

Support across the M&A lifecycle for IT and infrastructure workstreams — Day 1 cutover planning, TSA exit tracking, clean-team coordination, and integration or separation delivery. Built on direct experience running these workstreams, not just advising on them.
